Who Is Coach & Willie?

They are the fathers of owners Mark Simonek & Eric Stoltz. Hal, whose nickname is "Coach," was a successful college coach for over 40 years in Southern California. He is now retired & living in Arizona. Willie, an inspiration to us all, saw the beginning of the restaurant construction & now overlooks us daily. Each year, the restaurant honors Willie & his memory with a charitable golf tournament benefiting American Cancer Society. Mark & Eric extend their gratitude to you, our loyal customers for visiting the restaurant that means so much to them & the Coach & Willie's staff.
